How to eat sea cucumber without fishy smell? My wife can't do it. She is suspicious and can't talk.

It turns out that when I was at work in the hotel, the chef I saw in the back kitchen helped me deal with sea cucumbers in this way. I don't remember clearly, something like this.

1. Cut the live sea cucumber, remove the internal organs and clean it.

2. Heat 7 kg of clean water in the pot to 80℃, keep the fire low, add 1 kg of sea cucumber strips, stir repeatedly for 2 ~ 3 minutes, shrink and harden, then take out the clean water and wash it.

3. Change the water again, heat it to 80℃, add the sea cucumber and repeat the above steps, stir for 2 ~ 3 minutes again until it shrinks and becomes brittle, then take it out and soak it in ice water for ready use.

Boil 4.6 kg of clean water, then add about 450 g of cold water. Keep the hot water in the pot at 80℃ at all times, and the sea cucumber will be relieved.

5. Take the processed sea cucumber out of the ice water, put it in a container, and then put the ingredients on it to eat.
