Which is better, renting a house in Hangzhou, parking or free?

Temporary. Better stop the car. I still think it's easier to live alone. I have to share a room with strangers at will and use the bathroom, which is hard for me to overcome! If roommates are clean people, I'm afraid I'll see the public areas are messy, with endless garbage and a pile of cigarette butts ... The bunk is a single apartment, and it's really super comfortable and safe to live alone.
