What is the principle of electric heating furnace?

Electric boiler is a kind of thermal equipment that converts electric energy into heat energy and heats water into hot water or steam (saturated steam) under pressure. It does not need a furnace, flue and chimney, and it does not need a place to store fuel, which greatly reduces the pollution caused by conventional coal-fired boilers. Electric boiler has the characteristics of pollution-free, noise-free, small floor space, convenient installation and use, full automation, safety and reliability, and high thermal efficiency of over 98%. It is a green product. From the late 1970s to the early 1980s, many countries began to develop electric boilers. In the mid-1980s, China began to produce electric boilers. By the mid-1990s, many enterprises had applied electric boilers to heating, central air conditioning and hot water supply.

Electric boilers are divided into two categories: LDR(WDR) electric steam boilers, CLDZ(CWDZ) electric hot water boiler and KS-D electric hot water boiler. Among them, electric water boilers are divided into KS-D electric water boilers and XKS-D electric heat storage water boilers.

The electric heating furnace is simply composed of resistance wires (electric heating wires), trays, switches, wires, etc. Its working principle is that when current passes through a conductor, it will produce a thermal effect. It is impossible to heat up again after the power failure, but there will be a cooling process, in which the temperature is still very high.
