If you want to invest in shops, there are two places worth considering, one is Dujiangyan Water Street and the other is a block.

Dujiangyan Water Street, located in the former Taiping Street, is a newly-built modern antique leisure and fashion commercial street and one of the main venues in the old city. There are many residential areas near Shuijie, including Christian Church, Express Communication, Flower and Bird Market, Xichuan Food District, and Dujiangyan Scenic Spot Station of Chengdu-Guanzhou Express Railway (which will be built soon, not the one opened now). Water Street is magnificent and more attractive than Dujiangyan Capital and Dujiangyan Tianhe Shi Sheng. It is a place worth investing. Another place is Dujiangyan block. Dujiangyan 1 Block is located in Dujiangyan Second Ring Road, opposite the residential area along the Yanshan River. It is a commercial district aided by Shanghai, aiming to make it a new urban area of Dujiangyan, so its development momentum is no less than that of Shuijie. There are many new houses and many residents in a block, and many of my relatives want to buy houses and pavements there.
