According to the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Chongqing Municipal Government Procurement Evaluation Experts, if the evaluation experts are temporarily unable to participate in the evaluation, they shall promptly inform the purchaser or procurement agency. The purchaser or procurement agency shall timely adjust the bid evaluation committee, and the experts who meet the requirements as stipulated in these Measures may be randomly selected from the expert database by the purchaser or procurement agency. If the bid evaluation committee cannot be adjusted in time, the time, place or reason for bid evaluation shall be announced in the government procurement information media designated by the financial department, and other members of the bid evaluation committee shall be notified at least 2 working days in advance during normal working hours.
