5. If it is an individual business license, it can't be transferred, because according to the second paragraph of Article 9 of the Provisional Regulations on the Administration of Urban and Rural Individual Industrial and Commercial Households, individual industrial and commercial households that operate independently should apply for registration again when they change their operators. The business license of individual industry and commerce cannot be transferred, but it can only be invalidated and re-applied.
