1. When the house is renovated, the structural safety of the commercial house will never be damaged;
2. Ensure that the original facilities (including water, electricity and heating) are not damaged. If it is necessary to modify or add facilities, it should entrust a professional company to install and construct them, so as to ensure their reasonable use and good functions at ordinary times. Otherwise, if Party B fails to implement the above agreement, Party B shall be responsible for any adverse consequences.
3. If the kitchen, bathroom or other water-related purposes are decorated, the waterproof layer shall be well prepared according to the regulations and must be inspected in the closed water room to ensure that there will be no leakage problem. article 13: disclaimer

Article 14: Other matters
1. Party B shall not disturb the people during the renovation and future business operations, otherwise Party B shall be responsible for rectification, and the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by Party B..

In case of unexpected events (such as fire, water leakage, gas leakage, etc.) in the management of commercial housing, Party A has the right to enter the commercial housing rented by Party B without Party B's presence.
