If you go to Lhasa, will lack of oxygen affect your sleep?

In plateau areas, especially some places above 3500 meters above sea level, such as Lhasa, some people will lose sleep (even lose sleep all night) because of altitude sickness. For example, when we stayed in sertar county at the beginning of August this year (the altitude in sertar county is more than 3,800 meters), our company 1 person suffered from insomnia all night, and 1 person only slept for 2 hours. However, not everyone will have altitude sickness, and it may be so mild that there is no other feeling. For example, during the National Day holiday this year, when my wife and I went to road trip, we stayed at higher altitudes for several days: shiqu county (about 4,200 meters above sea level in the county), maduo county (about 4,250 meters above sea level in the county), Huashixia Town in maduo county (about 4,200 meters above sea level) and jiuzhi county (about 3,650 meters above sea level in the county).
