The estuary of the Yellow River is located in Huanghekou Town, Kenli District, Dongying City, Shandong Province, at the intersection of Bohai Sea and Laizhou Bay. The Yellow River was diverted in 1855. The Yellow River estuary covers an area of 2,300 square kilometers, and the region has spectacular rivers and seas, complete wetland ecosystem, coastal beach landscape and other unique tourism resources.

There are still 50 kilometers from the hotel to the Yellow River Estuary Scenic Area, and free parking is available at the scenic area around 3 pm. There are many parking spaces, but there are also many cars. There were hardly any parking spaces when we came.

In this season, reeds are white, the sea breeze is blowing and rippling with the wind, which is very beautiful.

There are three stops on the 20-kilometer-long road in Lvshuidang Scenic Area, which are the three main scenic spots. If you want to visit any scenic spots, get off at this stop.

The first stop is Bird Island, where you can see all kinds of migratory birds and white cranes, as well as rafts, bridges, running water and pavilions.

The second stop is Liulin and Salt Lake, where there are also many raft bridges and pavilions for tourists to watch the sunset and geese.

The third stop is to catch crabs in the mire, which is a good place for children to play. They can catch crabs barefoot in the sea, which is very popular with children. But in the afternoon, the sea is a little cold and not suitable for launching. Yes, noon is more suitable when the temperature is high.

The destination is the Yellow River Estuary. This is the terminal of the sightseeing bus, and there is a sightseeing tower.

On the third floor of the sightseeing tower, you can see the intersection of the Yellow River and the sea in the distance, but it is hard to see.

If you want to take a boat, you can buy tickets at the ticket office on the second floor of the sightseeing tower and go to the Yellow River Haihui. But I looked at the cruise ship and found that it was all glass windows. If you want to take pictures, it is estimated that the effect is not very good.

If you want to see the wonders of the Yellow River Estuary more intuitively, quickly and comprehensively, taking a helicopter is definitely the only choice, hehe (air ticket to 750 yuan/People or chartered flight 1500 yuan).

But when we were ready to buy a boat ticket, we saw a message on the big screen: due to the weather, we couldn't see the wonders of Haihe River. So we didn't go, but we saw a rare sunset on the Yellow River on the sightseeing tower.
