A brief attack on Meizhou Island

Meizhou Island is not far from Fuzhou. I wanted to go there a few years ago, but for various reasons, I have never been there. Instead, I left last week and really went back to play. Although I watched the Raiders for half a day before I left, I still encountered some unexpected things in my real trip, which stimulated me to write it down. It is considered as a poor travel note and a simple strategy, and it is the record of this trip. I also hope to help my friends in need.

At noon the day before yesterday, I temporarily decided to go the next day. The first thing I do is to book a hotel, a US delegation and where to go. Volkswagen made a comparison with short rent Pig, and finally booked a family hotel on Meituan. Through this hotel reservation, we know that the hotel prices in Meizhou Island vary greatly from Monday to Thursday and from Friday to Sunday, and some even double. The earlier you book a hotel, the better. Book a room on Thursday and Friday. The price of the same standard room in the same hotel is different on Thursday morning, afternoon and evening. (For example, when we stayed at 188 in the morning, it became 2 18 when I booked it at night, and the price became 238 when my brother-in-law booked it at night).

I booked a hotel, bought a train ticket, booked a bus to the station and waited for the next day.

You can drive from Fuzhou to Wen Jia Wharf in Putian (the whole journey is about 128km, and the toll is about 50 yuan).

We took the bullet train. Fuzhou-Putian, the train ticket is about 35, and the journey takes about one hour.

Passenger ship: Passenger ship is the main traffic on the island, which is divided into ordinary ferry and speedboat.

Ordinary ferry 15 minutes, one-way ticket 10 yuan. If you want to fly second class, you need to add 2 yuan.

PS: Chedu: If you want to drive to Meizhou Island, you need to take a ferry at Wen Jia Pier. There are less than 5 vehicles for residents outside the island, and the freight for each vehicle is 200 yuan. There are four trains every day: 8:00, 10:00, 14:00, 16:00.

In addition, you can park your car in the parking lot of Wen Jia Pier, and then take the ferry to the island.

Reference for parking charges of Wen Jia Wharf: 2 yuan/hour for small trucks during peak hours (7:00- 19:00), and the highest charge at this time is 20 yuan; Off-peak hours (19:00- 7:00 the next day), all vehicles 1 yuan/hour, capped 10 yuan; Maximum parking fee within 24 hours, 30 yuan.

Tickets to the island can also be bought in advance on the official WeChat account "Meizhou Island Ferry", but at least one day in advance. I took the bus that day, and I wasn't sure what time I would arrive, so I didn't buy a ticket in advance. On-site ticket purchase is at the ticket window of the tourist distribution center in the terminal building.

We arrive at the dock at about nine o'clock. When we went to buy tickets, we were told that all ordinary passenger ships were sold out, only speedboat tickets were available. Originally, I only planned to spend 85 yuan on an ordinary passenger ship, but in the end I had to spend 105 to buy a speedboat ticket. I thought the speedboat was a small speedboat that could only take three or four people. I also asked the conductor if a 2-year-old child could take a speedboat. She said yes, but I'm still puzzled. I finally found out when I got on the boat, ah, this "speedboat" is so big, a two-story "boat" speedboat! I talked to the boss's wife about this when I went to the island hotel. She said that we were cheated, deliberately saying that there were no tickets to pit our tourists. (By the way, 105 yuan includes the fare for going out of the island by boat. The island is an ordinary passenger ship. After sitting, I found that the difference from speedboats is that they are clean and dirty. One chair is a sponge pad and the other is a plastic chair. )

(1) Bus: There are three bus lines in Meizhou Island:

1 Bus lines are Meizhou Wharf, Mazu Tempel, Market, Lianhua Street, Golden Beach and Goose-tailed Shen Shi Garden. The whole fare is one ticket to 2 yuan.

Bus lines No.2 include: Meizhou Wharf, Mazu Tempel, Market, Zhaixia, Kaiyuan, Golden Beach and Goose-tailed Shenshi Garden. The whole fare is one ticket to 2 yuan.

(Note: 1 Bus No.2 generally does not reach the entrance of Golden Beach)

The route map of No.3 tourist special line is Meizhou Wharf, Mazu Tempel, Meihai Hotel, Lianchi Beach, Gold Coast Resort, International Hotel, Mazu Film and Television City, Eweishi Garden and Golden Beach. The fare of this route is one ticket to 3 yuan.

Bus No.3 can stop at Mazu Tempel, Eweishi Garden, Golden Beach and other major attractions, but the frequency of departure is relatively small, with an interval of about 15-20 minutes.

⑵ Battery cars: There are many sightseeing battery cars on the island, which can generally take 7- 10 tourists. This kind of battery car can be on call as long as there is an empty seat, and the cost varies from 3- 10 yuan per person according to the distance traveled. There are battery car drivers at the docks and at the gates of various scenic spots. You can charter a car if there are many people. Price of chartered car around the island 150-200 yuan, negotiable.

(3) Bicycles: There are one or two shops specializing in renting bicycles on the island, but there are not many bicycles in the shops, so it is best for those who are interested in renting them to book in advance, especially on weekends and festivals.

There are bicycle rental points on the island pier, the main entrance of Mazu Tempel and Golden Beach, with one person in 20 yuan for six hours and two people in 40 yuan for six hours. Vehicles can be returned at different rental points.

We are going on a family trip this time. Seven adults and children together bought a battery car. This point should be emphasized. Our chartered car was sent by the proprietress of the hotel to pick us up, and she was a relative of the proprietress. The asking price was 360, and the result was 260. I specifically checked this before and said that I could bargain, so I got 150, and finally I made a deal at 160, and I made an appointment to be on call on the island. Finally, this pit is really deep. On the way back to the hotel from Golden Beach that night, I'm going to let them take us to dinner after taking a bath, and I'm going to take us to the beach music festival. He said there was no service at night and the car needed to be recharged. I think he seems to be a good father (two twin sons are young and have been running with him in a sports car for a day). I thought that the child was tired, so I wanted to say yes, and we took the bus by ourselves that night. I didn't expect (or forgot) that there would be no bus on Meizhou Island after 6 pm, so I had to take a battery car. The battery car was delivered to our hotel (near Mazu Tempel) at 30 o'clock, and the hotel owner drove us there for dinner that night. I didn't expect the two of us to spend another 50 or 60 yuan on the return trip. We "interviewed" other battery car drivers and hotel owners to know that there is no lack of service at night, and it is true that the car needs to be charged at night, but if guests want to travel, they can make an appointment in advance, such as when to deliver it and when to pick it up. Just say hello in advance. Forget it. The next day, we went to Yin Chao, Mae Island, but I didn't expect the host to go again. The excuse he gave was that he was not on the list of scenic spots stipulated by the government. I said we were on standby on the island. Why doesn't it count when signing the agreement? The verbal agreement is also an agreement. "Lao Lai" finally played the role of Lao Lai, saying that it didn't happen, anyway. Mom's, if it weren't for a stranger, it's old and small, and even I want to fight. So remind friends, whether renting a car or renting a car, please be sure to refer to our losses and make it clear in advance. If it really doesn't work, make a written agreement and make it clear one by one.

In the afternoon, we first went to Goose Tail Stone Garden, and then went to Golden Beach.

Goose tail stone garden is still worth visiting. The big waves hit the rocks, and the endless sea was spectacular. Golden beach is the beach. On the day we went, the waves were very strong, so we couldn't swim. Managers have also locked in a very short range, so that everyone can only play within this range. If you go, you will feel that there is a gap with expectations. If time is limited, personally, I don't think we need to go to Golden Beach. After playing in Goose Tail Stone Park, we can go directly to Na Pianhai Beach at the entrance in the evening. Beautiful, blue, quiet and few people.

I went to Mazu Tempel early the next morning. Mazu Tempel is just a few temples, burning incense and worshiping Buddha. I have been climbing, so I climb high and see far. There is a ticket at the top of Mazu Cultural Park in 30 yuan. That morning, perhaps because of the hot weather, the noisy crowd and our daughter's unstable mood, we didn't go. My mother and sister went, watched their videos and photos, and asked, feeling that they could still go.

Originally, a trip after Mazu Tempel was to go to Yin Chao, Meidao, because an old driver didn't take us there and had to return in the afternoon, but Lao Lai ruined the trip and affected his mood, so he didn't go at last. Mazu Tempel went to play, had dinner, and then went home.

The return trip is an ordinary passenger ship. The speed is not very slow, but the environment on the first floor is dirty and messy. We sat on the second floor alone with 2 yuan, and sat on the bow of the second floor to blow the sea breeze and see the scenery. It's still possible. So I don't think it's really necessary to spend 20 yuan more on a speedboat if you can buy an ordinary passenger ship when you enter the island.

Finally, talk about eating and living.

I read a little guide before I went to eat, and I knew it was more economical to eat near the farmer's market. Later, when chatting with the hotel owner, she knew that we had gone to Fuzhou, and she also suggested that we should not eat seafood on the island unless there were any special needs. Nothing special except that it is extremely expensive. Later, we all ate in a small shop near the farmer's market. The taste is ok and the price is not expensive. Local snacks can try different versions of sliced pork soup. In particular, I want to have the "Qinyuan Restaurant", our last meal on the island under diss, which is known as an old shop for more than ten years. We also took this name. I'm really sorry about the service and taste. If there is room for evaluation, I really don't want to give it a star. I ordered a cumin beef and made a bowl of fried beef with onion. After complaining, I changed a plate and served it again. The taste has not changed. I ordered it. . . . . .

If you want to stay fashionable, you can book a sea view room near the sea or a special theme hotel. Non-weekend time ranges from 300 to 500 (I didn't check the more expensive ones). We stayed for one night and the whole family went on a trip, mainly on the theme of economic benefits. Comparing several websites, we booked Haina Holiday Villa on Meituan, focusing on the simplicity of the room, and there is another big point that other hotels with similar prices don't have-the room has two beds 1.5 meters, which is convenient for the whole family to live together. At last, it feels good to stay, and the boss and proprietress are all very good.

In a word, I still think it is beautiful and worthwhile to go to Meizhou Island this time, and I will still want to go again. Next time, I hope to go with my best friend again.
