Edible oil, like water, condenses at low temperature. Ordinary soybean oil is MINUS 8 degrees Celsius, and the freezing point of blended oil is mostly 2- 13 degrees Celsius according to different components.

So white and sticky, maybe it's too cold. Then put it in an environment above room temperature 15 degrees, it will naturally restore bright colors.
