4. Processing rules

1. New customer activation fee

Newly activated customers are activated by default The 19 yuan music card package includes 130 in-network text messages, ring tone function, wireless music club premium membership and free local calls. Caller ID will be given as a gift in the month of activation, and will be charged 6 yuan/month from the next month.

After activation, customers can send text message "BLYY" to 1861 to change the package type. It will take effect on the next month's end after acceptance. Optional packages are 29 yuan, 39 yuan or 59 yuan.

2. Rules for old customers

Customers of the original dynamic zone ring back tone package can continue to enjoy the original rates (including ring back tone function, 40 minutes of called minutes within the province, intra-provincial and inter-provincial roaming 0.39 yuan/minute all-inclusive, local long distance = basic rate + 0.07 yuan/6 seconds), you can also send "BLYY" to 1861 to transfer to the M-Zone music card. After the application is successful, it will take effect from the next monthly settlement date. (For example, if the customer's monthly settlement date is the 10th, and the account is transferred to the music card on the 8th, the effective time will be the 10th of this month).

Other customers of the original dynamic zone can continue to enjoy the original tariff (including intra-provincial and inter-provincial roaming 0.39 yuan/minute all-inclusive, local long-distance = basic tariff + 0.07 yuan/6 seconds), and can also send text messages " BLYY" go to 1861 to apply for a music card, which will be effective from the next monthly settlement date.

Effective from the next monthly settlement date: The music card package will be deducted from the next monthly settlement date, and customers will begin to enjoy free local calls and text messages included in the package.

The ring back tone function and wireless music club premium membership will take effect immediately from the date of application.

3. Billing rules

If the customer has activated the ring back tone function or wireless music club membership and transfers to the music card, the ring back tone function and wireless music club membership will be automatically replaced. From the end of the next month, you will be billed and enjoy services according to music card standards

M-Zone music card customers can apply for a 20 yuan GPRS package, and the called discount will be implemented according to the rules of the music card.

Local and domestic long-distance charges are 0.49 yuan/minute = basic call charges are 0.39 yuan/minute + long-distance charges are 0.10 yuan/minute.

If the customer uses 17951 for local and domestic long-distance calls, the billing rate is: 0.23+0.3 yuan/minute during busy hours, and 0.13+0.3 yuan/minute during idle hours.

Intra-provincial and inter-provincial roaming charges are 0.59 yuan/minute: making roaming calls: 0.59 yuan/minute; making domestic calls and answering calls = intra-provincial/domestic roaming charges 0.20 yuan/minute + long-distance call charges 0.39 yuan/minute.

When making IP, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and international long-distance calls during intra-provincial and inter-provincial roaming, the access fee is 0.59 yuan/minute, and the IP fee and long-distance fee are additional.

The CRBT platform will give away three CRBT to customers who apply for music cards during the promotion period at the beginning of each month. The CRBT information fee will not appear on the customer's bill.

4. Notes

From the date of launch of the music card, applications for M-Zone 6-yuan ring tone packages, M-Zone 10/20/30/50-yuan text message packages and M-Zone daily rental cards will no longer be available. Customers who have already applied can enjoy the original package rates.

M-Zone daily rental card customers cannot apply for transfer to music card at the moment.
