The registration certificate is the written basis for the employment dispatch of graduates and is the proof that the graduates’ personnel relations are officially transferred from the school to the employment unit.

2. The function of the registration card

1. It is a voucher for reporting to the receiving unit. The graduate’s length of service after employment will be calculated from the date of registration;

2. Prove that certified graduates are students included in the national unified enrollment plan;

3. 6. Dispatch instructions

1. As long as graduates who return to their place of origin for employment have signed an employment agreement with a specific employer in their place of origin, they can be included in the employment plan and sent back to their place of origin. The receiving department issued on the registration certificate is the graduate employment department of the place of origin, and the specific name of the employer is indicated in the remarks column.

2. Employment outside the student’s place of origin

(1) The department in charge of graduate employment where the unit is located agrees to accept the graduates, and the unit can help the graduates resolve household registration and personnel relations. When dispatching the graduates, the graduates can be dispatched directly to the location of the unit. The receiving department on the registration certificate is the graduate employment department where the employment unit is located, and the specific name of the employer is indicated in the remarks column. (2) Graduates who find employment in a unit outside their place of origin in the province, but the unit cannot resolve personnel relations such as household registration and files, and have not applied for a deferment of employment, will be dispatched back to their place of origin in accordance with regulations. 5. Flexible employment Flexible employment refers to flexible forms of employment such as part-time, temporary, labor dispatch, and flexible work. 7. Other circumstances (1) Graduates who have applied for employment deferment: no registration certificate will be issued. During the suspension period, files will be hosted at the Provincial College Employment Guidance Center for free, and household registration and party affiliation will be retained at the original school of graduation.

(2) Graduates applying to go abroad (exit): According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the province, graduates applying to go abroad (exit) must apply within the time limit specified by the school. (1) Principles for handling adjustment and reassignment:
