International Finance Center Phase II
The second phase building of the International Finance Center is 88 stories high and 420 meters high. During the construction period, 2000 workers work on the site every day, and a floor is built every three days. The office of the Chief Executive of HKMA, Joseph Yam, is located on the 88th floor and can be accessed by private elevator to enhance security and privacy.
The main tenants of the second phase of IFC include Nomura Group, Huaping, UBS Group AG, Ernst & Young, State Street, Financial Times, BNP Paribas, CMC Markets, China Construction Bank (Asia) (moving out) and Songri Holdings (HKEx: 280).

IFC Mall has four floors above ground and covers an area of 800,000 square feet. Connect to the lobby of Hong Kong Station of Airport Express, and connect with the other three parts of the international financial center. Taishi supermarket, papyrus gift shop, etc. There are also many restaurants in the shopping center, including Liyuan restaurant.
The shopping center has a cinema palace international financial center, which belongs to Broadway cinema management. The Palace International Financial Center has five 544-seat cinemas and a coffee shop.
