How to eat drunken crabs? Does it taste good?

Wash the hairy crabs and pour them into the pot with yellow wine to make them drunk. Add soy sauce and cooking wine, then add fresh soy sauce and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Ingredients: 2 hairy crabs, 0/50g yellow wine/kloc-,50g ginger and 500g purified water.

Accessories: brown sugar 50g.

1. Clean the hairy crabs.

2. Prepare yellow wine or carved wine, purified water, ginger and brown sugar.

3. Put the cleaned hairy crabs into the pot.

4. Then put the yellow wine into the pot and let the hairy crabs get drunk first, about 30 minutes or more.

4. Add brown sugar, shredded ginger and purified water in turn and bring to a boil.
