How long is the maintenance period of hotel marble?

A, marble depends on the type of marble, material, maintenance and cleaning, generally about two years.

Marble maintenance is mainly divided into cleaning and protection. There are two main protection construction methods, one is to protect marble before construction, and the other is to protect stone after construction.

Second, the understanding of marble maintenance:

The correct stone maintenance method is not waxing, because wax is oily and easy to penetrate into the pores of stone, while wax is sticky, and dust in the air is easy to attach to it, resulting in wax scale that is not easy to clean, which destroys the beauty of stone. In addition, there is a kind of hard wax, which will completely seal the surface of stone and destroy the natural permeability of stone. Moreover, this hard wax is not easy to remove after construction. If the stone is airtight, it will easily lead to deterioration if there is moisture.

Strong acid and alkali detergents are easy to corrode marble materials, so be careful when cleaning marble stains!

Three. Daily maintenance of marble

Tool preparation: dust pusher, dust remover (alkaline, capable of adsorbing dust), broom, dustpan and mop.

Four, cleaning procedures:

Carefully remove the rubbish that can be swept off the ground with a broom.

Wipe the mop clean, twist it until it doesn't drip, and mop up the dust on the ground.

Chewing gum removal: cut the chewing gum with a blade attached to the ground, spray the rosin water on the remaining chewing gum, and wipe it with a rag for one minute to completely remove it.

Glue removal: If there is glue on the marble floor, you can use rosin water to remove glue.

General stain: Mix the universal cleaner (alkaline cleaner) with water at the ratio of 1:32, spray the universal water on the stain surface with a watering can, and wipe it clean with a rag.

Oil stain removal: a small amount of oil stain can be wiped off with alcohol or light oil, and a large amount of oil stain can be wiped off with degreasing solvent and floor.

Ink stains: Because marble is a porous material, the cleaning staff should mop up the colored liquids such as tea, ink and coffee dripping on the marble floor within half an hour to prevent ink from infiltrating into the marble and causing decay.

Once there are black spots and black spots on the stone, neither strong acid nor strong alkali can be used for cleaning. Stone pigment scavenger should be used, and the effect is very obvious.

Wipe the marble floor of the hall with the sprayed dust pusher (electrostatic water) to remove dust. When using the dust pusher, you should move in a straight line and not drag it left and right.
