World Trade Plaza is a comprehensive building with 1 18 floors, with 490 floors and a total construction area of 2,822,039 square feet. The Grade A office building is 2.5 million square feet, each building covers an area of about 35,000 square feet, with advanced design and complete facilities. There is a six-star Ritz-Carlton Kowloon Hotel on the top floor of the building. On the 100 floor, there is a public viewing floor of the skyline 100, which allows visitors to enjoy the scenery of Victoria Harbour from a height. The building was designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates(KPF) and developed and built by Sun Hung Kai Properties. 20 1 1 completed, making it the fourth tallest building in the world.
