According to Article 18 of China's Consumer Protection Law, business operators have the obligation to protect consumers' personal safety, that is, business operators should ensure that the goods or services they provide meet the requirements of protecting personal and property safety. If a consumer eats in a restaurant and personal injury is caused by the explosion of beer bottles in the restaurant, the restaurant shall be liable for compensation. If the beer bottle does not explode due to improper storage methods of the hotel, the hotel may claim compensation from the manufacturer of the brand beer after assuming the liability for compensation.
