Japanese visa deposit

There are two kinds of visas to Japan: tourist visa and business visa.

Tourist visa: the embassy does not charge a deposit, but the travel agency will refund the deposit collected in Japan after returning home. However, in addition to the travel agency's deposit, the visa conditions and review are also very strict. It seems that the certificate of domestic company, deposit certificate (more than 50 thousand), asset certificate, income certificate (annual income of more than 654.38 million) and so on are needed.

Japanese business visas do not require a deposit.

Japanese business visa materials:

If the applicant is an enterprise, please provide a clear copy of the business license, copy it on A4 paper, have the annual inspection record, and affix the official seal of the company on the copy;

Certificate of employment in duplicate, one in Chinese and one in English, printed on the company's official stationery and stamped with the company's red seal. The contents of the employment certificate shall include: company name, my position and income, travel time, position of the person in charge, signature, telephone and fax numbers, company business license/enterprise code certificate number. And it must be indicated that the applicant for guarantee will return to China on schedule;

Including "identity guarantee", "recruitment reason", "deferred appointment" and "candidate list". (The itinerary must be valid, and the "Body Guarantee" must be stamped with the official seal of the inviting company and the personal seal of the person in charge);

Japanese guarantor information:

A. The guarantor shall provide an honorary copy of the registration book of the enterprise that has registered itself as a legal person (if the inviter is a Japanese listed company, the honorary copy of the registration book can be replaced with the company copy in the club's fourth quarter report);

B. If the guarantor is an association that is not registered as a legal person, it shall provide "all the facts" (notarized business license).

C. the number of enterprise profiles provided when the guarantor is a self-employed person.

D. When the guarantor is a university professor and invited for cultural exchange, the guarantor's "employment certificate" shall be provided.
