If it's turnover

The room rate is: 1600000/49406 = 324 yuan.

If it is profitable, you need to know that the rent, property, utilities, labor and other expenses add up to X yuan, then your house price is: (X+ 16000000)/49406=? Yuan.

PS: 188 rooms, the average occupancy rate should reach 72%, which is 135 rooms after normal calculation.

According to 150 rooms, the average occupancy rate is: 150/ 188=80%.
