If foreigners enter the country, in addition to hotel quarantine, they must also provide Only two test results from different reagents can be applied for lifting the quarantine.

Not only that, most provinces have also strengthened entry control and increased the quarantine time. Now, the quarantine time for immigrants can be up to 28 days!

According to the provisions of the plan: Entry When personnel are released from isolation, they must collect two nasopharyngeal swab samples at the same time and use different nucleic acid detection reagents for testing.

In principle, these two tests should be conducted by different testing agencies.

In other words, after the quarantine period, immigrants must provide 2 nasopharyngeal swab samples + 2 different nucleic acid detection reagents + 2 test reports from different institutions before they can apply for release from quarantine.

Not only that, even after the quarantine is lifted, immigrants need to undergo two nucleic acid tests on the second day and the seventh day after the end of quarantine.

Some current quarantine policies in various parts of the country (updated in August 2021)

Beijing: 14+7+7

1. People entering Beijing Port After the expiration of the 14-day centralized quarantine, 7 days of home or centralized quarantine will continue, and another 7 days of health monitoring will be carried out after the expiration;

2. People entering from other domestic ports can only enter Beijing after 21 days have passed. Those who have been in Beijing for less than 21 days will be required to make up for 7 days of home or centralized quarantine + 7 days of health monitoring.

Shanghai: 7+7/14/3+11

1. For destinations in Shanghai:

Have a fixed place of residence in Shanghai, and Those who meet the conditions for home quarantine and health observation can apply for 7-day centralized quarantine + 7-day home quarantine. Those who do not meet the requirements will be quarantined in Shanghai for 14 days.

During the period of isolation observation and community health monitoring, 6 nucleic acid tests will be implemented; for those identified as key targets of concern, the frequency of nucleic acid tests will be increased appropriately.

2. For destinations in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui provinces:

Implement the "3+11" quarantine and transfer measures.

After being quarantined in Shanghai for 3 days, he was transferred to the local area in a closed loop and continued to be quarantined for 11 days.

※The elderly, minors, pregnant women, those with limited mobility, those with elderly people or children who need care, those with underlying diseases and other reasons who are not suitable for centralized isolation will be kept at inspection points in each district. Those who undergo a nucleic acid test and have a negative test result and meet the conditions for home isolation can apply for home isolation and health observation after strict review and approval.

Tianjin: 14+7

1. People entering Tianjin: 14 days of centralized quarantine + 7 days of home quarantine

2. People entering Tianjin from other domestic ports Personnel:

A. Personnel who have been quarantined at other ports for 14 days and come to Tianjin will be quarantined at home for 7 days.

B. People coming to Tianjin who have been in Tianjin for more than 21 days but less than 28 days must provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 3 days before arriving in Tianjin.
