Precautions for eating fried skewers:

Fried skewers are so-called "junk food" with few nutrients, which will release some carcinogens during frying, which is harmful to the development of the body, so it is not recommended to eat fried skewers often. Moreover, fried skewers are very greasy, and if eaten in large quantities, it will also lead to a decrease in appetite and affect normal eating.

Regardless of the nutritional value of fried skewers, the oil used for fried skewers is very unsanitary. Especially the fried skewers sold on the street, vendors are reluctant to change oil frequently. The fried oil will last a long time. Exposed to the street every day, all kinds of dust bacteria will enter the oil. It is conceivable that cooking fried food with this contaminated oil will do harm to health.

Even the fried skewers made at home are not recommended to be eaten often. Although clean and hygienic, most of the nutrients in the fried kebabs are fat, which does not meet the nutritional standards and easily leads to fat accumulation.
