Can't CAD can be designed with PPT! (3)

Hello, everyone. Late procrastination is finally updated. ...

In the first two classes, we introduced how to draw basic plan, storage plan, hydropower plan and so on by inserting graphics. Finally, talk about how to use PPT with soft clothes. ?

First of all, briefly introduce the concept of soft-fitting. Something that will fall when the house is turned upside down. The general software package covers the following aspects:

1. Single movable furniture (sofa, coffee table, dining table and chair, etc. )?

2. Lamps (except for non-decorative lighting such as downlights and light strips completed in the foundation installation stage)

3. Fabric (curtains, carpets, pillows and even bedding)?

4. Ornaments (artworks, paintings, ornaments and even tableware)?

5. Green plants and flowers?

In addition, the exposed electrical appliances, decorative surfaces of customized furniture, and materials of ground walls in the foundation installation project will also have a certain impact on the overall visual effect. When making a soft-fitting plan, we should also consider the collocation with these big environments. Therefore, the best time to make a soft-fitting scheme is before construction, and the cooperation of soft-fitting should be considered in the foundation design (for a simple example, whether or not to install curtain boxes will affect the style of curtains).

Soft clothes fall to the ground, when you really buy every single item, you will face many temptations:

-"There is a new product that I didn't know before. Do you want to think about it? "

-"I like the color of this curtain so much. What if I want to buy it home anyway? "

-"This TV cabinet is not the same as the one in the scheme, but it is half cheaper."

-"This painting has different sizes. Is it large or medium? "

- "…… "

Another advantage of making the soft-fitting plan in advance is that a choice has been previewed in the process of drawing the plan: the color of this chair is really beautiful, but it does not match the overall style. Although the chair is quite satisfactory, it is harmonious on the edge of this dining table, so although the former is more attractive as a single item, the latter is a more suitable choice.

Only when you have a specific plan can you resist these various temptations. If there is no plan, shopping will become a brain-burning and money-burning process that is constantly impacted by a lot of information, constantly entangled, and finally may make a wrong decision.

Next, we will introduce the common methods to display the soft-mounted scheme. The matching scheme of early soft clothes was to cut furniture items from magazines and then stick them together with glue to feel the matching effect between different items. At present, the common soft-fitting schemes generally use PowerPoint or Photoshop as the carrier to pile up single items, the main purpose of which is to experience the style and color matching, and the size relationship may not be accurate, such as this one:

In the design of the whole case, our perceptual experience of the design effect can be completed directly through the effect diagram. But sometimes the renderings can't reflect the actual effect of the actual decoration. For example, in the case of a Shanghai friend, there seems to be a lot of last-minute ideas when the plan landed, and the landing effect is far from the effect of the plan.

▲ porch renderings vs real scene

▲ The living room renderings contrast the real scene.

▲ The sink renderings are compared with the real scene.

Many times students rely on 3D renderings. But after landing, I found that the single item on the renderings could not be bought (qi) or my own temporary (chong) was replaced by other items. In the end, the style got out of hand and became a buyer's show. There are three common reasons for this:

1. As a reward, the renderings will not be charged separately, so you are too lazy to do it, and you can directly borrow the existing similar scheme (such renderings are similar to the intention diagram)?

2. The renderings are made too early, and the actual items have not been finalized (the impact of item changes on the overall effect can only be imagined)?

3. When the renderings were made, the single item was clearly purchased, but the owner did not purchase according to the list when he landed?

The cost of renderings is usually around 1000 yuan/piece (that is, a lens direction, such multi-angle VR display is more expensive). For customers who trust designers very much, if they can finally land according to the items and styles matched by the renderings, the money is still worth spending. If you especially want to be your own master, and the scheme given by the designer is only for reference, it may be more practical to use PPT to make the schematic diagram of soft clothing, because the cost of changing the single item on the renderings is high and it is easy to change on PPT.

Today, I want to teach you two examples: how to use PPT to make a soft-fitting scheme with high controllability and easy landing.

Case 1: Use PPT to make a simple renovation plan for homestay.

▲ The scheme is the guiding basis of the scheme. In the last lecture, we have introduced the basic drawing methods. We only need to see one plane here.

▲ With the "spare tire" material, I tried many possibilities and finally finalized the plan. In the process of landing, some online shopping items are not up to standard (such as sofa paintings), and other items are simply simulated on PPT and replaced.

The first floor effect simulation diagram is as follows:

▲ The walls here are all white, but considering the actual lighting conditions, they have been grayed out, which also makes the white items more prominent. Because it is a small house, in order to feel the harmony of the overall collocation, all the wall directions have been spliced. All the items were adjusted according to the pictures and sizes provided by the manufacturers, and an equal-scale figurine model was made, which not only reflected the style collocation effect between items, but also reflected the proportional relationship between items, making the landing preparation more adequate.

The landing scenario is as follows:

▲ PPT is more difficult to reflect the sense of space, and it is better at reflecting the degree of single product restoration.

▲ When choosing curtain colors, fabrics of various colors, textures and materials are easily entangled, and there are many choices for splicing methods. Finally, directly select the fabric and splicing method closest to the color of the picture in the scheme, and complete the purchase decision efficiently, and the effect is as good as expected.

▲ This blue wall is the most brilliant place in the whole house, and the color number is also pre-selected by Dulux official website, and PPT pre-matching with the color card that can actually be realized offline. Affected by the color difference of electronic screen, purchase channel, construction level, color paste concentration and actual light, there will be some color difference when landing.

Case 2: Soft-fitting layout of reception room. First, use the skills mentioned in the previous two lessons to insert graphics, adjust the size, color and layer height, and simulate the basic installation of the restored house (very typical office basic installation style):

Then the physical furniture to be purchased in the scheme is placed and adjusted according to the size (actual size and perspective relationship) and relative position (mutual distance and front-back layer relationship):

Finally, according to the plan in the plan, the owner made the purchase himself (in this case, the plan was basically restored).

As a soft-packed scheme, PPT is definitely not as good as the renderings from the perspective of simulating real scenes, but it has advantages in low cost and flexibility. The most difficult thing is to get the correct picture of the single item (here is the manufacturer knocking on the blackboard! ) The ideal picture needs to meet the following requirements:

1. Are the styles and colors consistent with the items to be purchased?

2. There is no obvious light and shadow effect?

3. Transparent background?

4. The angle is appropriate (generally take the front, half side and side of the head-up, and occasionally use the back; The overhead angle is difficult to use)

5. Items are independent (for example, there is no bedside table at the bedside of a single item)?

One of the more troublesome is the transparent background. The following are two methods of matting commonly used in PPT, which are enough for most scenes!

1. Set the transparent color.

The premise of this function is that the background color of the picture itself is single and uniform. After selecting the format color and setting the transparent color, you can click anywhere in the background to achieve the purpose of transparent background.

▲ Now many manufacturers or Taobao sellers can provide pictures with uniform background colors.

▲ Set the background color of the picture to transparent color.

2. If the background is complex and the extracted shapes are more regular, you can use the intersection in the merged shapes mentioned in the last lesson.

If the extracted shape is irregular, you can also use the command of inserting any polygon of the shape line, draw a special shape along the edge and then intersect, or the stupid way is to cut off a little to remove the background.

At this point, our PPT self-made design class is over. Here, I want to reiterate that PPT series is suitable for:?

1. Have a certain PPT foundation (small white-collar level is ok)?

2. The house is not big, and the style (especially the basic style) is relatively simple?

3. Do you have any special idea of DIY (or want to save a design fee)?

4. Have time, energy and patience to study by yourself.

Next, you may consider writing about the popularization and storage plan of works of art, but it will take some time. You can also leave me a message on any topic you are interested in (I can't promise to write, I feel like an idle designer, hahaha). ?

Thanks for your support. I wish you all the best in your favorite house in the new year! ?
