If a cleaning contract is signed, you can bring a lawsuit directly to the court with the contract. According to the law, the other party claimed that the hygiene was unqualified. If there is a lawsuit, the other party should prove that the hygiene is unqualified. If the other party cannot prove it, it shall pay the fees and liquidated damages as agreed in the contract.
