People who come to (return to) Liaoyang in the above areas must report to their communities (villages), all of whom are subject to centralized isolation medical observation, and complete the first nucleic acid detection within 24 hours. Patients with "1+3" examination and without COVID-19 can go to primary medical institutions with the examination certificate. Community health service centers (stations), clinics and village clinics should transfer patients with "ten diseases" to fever clinics according to regulations. Patients transferred from primary medical institutions, small clinics and pharmacies are exempt from the "1+3" examination fee. Patients who have been diagnosed and treated in fever clinic and transferred back to primary medical institutions still have "ten symptoms", and primary medical institutions shall apply to the local disease control department for free nucleic acid detection again, and send them to the fever clinic for re-examination when necessary.
