How to cancel the hotel reservation that Ctrip has paid?

1. Open the Ctrip application on your mobile phone and click My Options in the lower right corner.

2. In my interface, click on all orders.

3. In the all orders interface, select the order to cancel.

4. In the skip interface, click the Cancel Order option.

5. In the confirmation interface that pops up, click Cancel Order.
