When Party B is found to have seriously violated the company's system or failed to complete the construction contract due to problems such as management and funds, the company has the right to terminate its qualification as Party B, and all economic losses shall be borne by Party B. ..
(2) Obligations
1. Maintain Party B's autonomy in project management according to the company's current regulations and measures.
2. Supervise the relevant departments and offices of the company to ensure that Party B can carry out all work normally and solve all major technical problems in time.
3. Pay the project payment in time as agreed. Do a good job in the relevant coordination and cooperation within the scope of the project, and bear the responsibility.
Three. Rights and obligations of Party B
(1) rights
1. Participate in bidding for construction projects and sign construction contracts.

(2) Obligations
1. 7. Be responsible for the collection and repayment of creditor's rights and debts arising from the construction of this project, and take full responsibility.
8. Select a qualified labor service company to provide guarantee for all legal responsibilities such as economic responsibility, safety responsibility, etc. that it should undertake to complete all construction tasks of this project.
Four, migrant workers wage margin, measurement and project cost sharing
1. Party B shall be responsible for its own profits and losses, based on the' measurement sheet or progress report' signed by the supervisor and the owner (quality inspection, changes and other relevant information are complete), and reviewed by Party A (Party A will not pay in advance if the contract quantity is exceeded or the project cost is changed, and the project progress payment will be paid monthly according to 95% of the completed target cost); The retention and return of the completion data deposit and the wage deposit of migrant workers should be carried out in the same proportion as the owner's progress.
