Article 276 Whoever, out of anger, revenge or other personal reasons, destroys machinery and equipment, mutilates livestock or sabotages production and operation by other means shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance; If the circumstances are serious, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years.
