Introduction of hotel switchboard

The front desk generally refers to the service desk on the first floor.

The front desk is responsible for the overall coordination of hotel services and accepting services requested by guests.

The switchboard is the external telephone line of a hotel or enterprise, and the external telephone is connected with all internal telephones through the switchboard. The staff responsible for guest telephone inquiry and outside telephone explanation is usually called-switchboard lady.
