Hand piercing glass magic

Wearing glass on the arm is one of the finale of several small magic combinations. The glass is real, and so are the arms. Of course, crossing the glass is not real. The secret lies in this magical table.

Let's look at the basic structure of a table. This is a closed table with a round hole. The whole desktop is divided into four parts, separated by beams, which have been marked with red lines (Figure 1).

The watch glass is dark, brown or gray, and the effect is the same, similar to the color film on the car glass. Among the four parts of the desktop, the "1" part in front of Liu Qian is a single layer of glass, and the two adjacent parts are double layers, with the emphasis on the "2" part on the left (Figure 2). It is difficult for the naked eye to see two or one layer of colored glass after conscious treatment.

At the beginning of the performance, Liu Qian's left hand pushed hard to the right (Figure 3). At this time, a hole appeared under the glass. When the audience noticed a series of movements of his right hand, his left hand had been pushed out of the hole and held down, because there was something like a water cup in the "2" part, and the water cup never moved. The audience thinks that the glass of the table is always static, but in fact, the cup is on the glass above, moving the glass below. There is nothing in the "1" section. If there is something on it, it will move with it, so it is not through, but through. The design and use of this prop table are very particular, and every detail has a purpose.

The left hand always covers the glass and turns to the right hand position, and the right hand tilts upward and begins to cross (Figure 4). It is necessary to cover your left hand all the time. If it is not tightly covered, it will wear out. This is magic. Magic must be hidden. It's not a magic if you don't cover it, it's a fairy.

Because there is a hole in the glass, of course, you can go through it, but the hole should not be too big. Of course, it is customized according to the size of the magician, so the speed of the magician's crossing is vivid and slow. If the hole is relatively large, it is not called "piercing" but "drilling". Because the hole fits Liu Qian's figure, the left hand is taken away after crossing (Figure 5), and the audience looks seamless. Besides, at this time, the audience's eyes are on his right hand, and five fingers are stretched out below to show off.

Lift with the right hand and move with the left hand, which is quite fast (Figure 6). Holding the coin under the table in your right hand, you can't drag your feet or walk too fast. At this time, the task of your left hand is to quickly cover the glass with holes and evacuate to places where the audience does not pay attention. In addition to the hand, the left arm is always on the glass, which helps to exert force to the left and cover the hole in the glass. If you look closely, it is obvious that the magician's left knee has been against the glass for three or two seconds, and it is still moving rapidly to the left. Of course, the difficulty of glass will also follow.

When the right hand is raised, the audience will certainly pay attention to the coins taken from the table, and the action of the left hand has been completed (Figure 7). The glass is dark, and the edge is hidden by the skeleton of the table. Its movement is completely invisible, unless you are the Monkey King. In fact, the magician's skill is to divert attention. At this time, the audience is attracted by the right hand. Who will pay attention to the movement of the left hand? Besides, magic is not only about methods, but also about kung fu. That's what people do for a living, and their hands are quite neat, so fast that you may not be able to see clearly, knowing that it has changed. If the person sitting next to you is also a magician, you can see it.

Knock hard on the desktop with your hand, just now (Figure 8). The performance was a success! Decryption succeeded! Applause!
