How to make braised chicken

The preparation method of braised chicken is as follows:

1. Wash the dried mushrooms, soak them in water for 10 minutes, and cut them in half. Remove stems and seeds from green pepper and cut into small pieces. Slice 1 piece of ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, and cut 5 dried chilies into sections.

2. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, heat the oil to 70% heat, add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until the water is dry, pour in 1 spoon of sugar water, and coat the chicken with sugar color. Add ginger, garlic slices and dried chili peppers and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant. Add 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp light soy sauce and 1 tbsp soybean paste and stir-fry evenly.

3. Pour the water for soaking the mushrooms into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, add potato cubes and mushrooms, bring to a boil, then change to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add green pepper cubes, 1 spoon of salt, and 1 gram of pepper and reduce to a thick soup over high heat.
