From the appearance and structure, the electric control cabinet and the distribution cabinet (switchboard) belong to the same category, and the electric control cabinet and the distribution box belong to the same category.

From the functional point of view, the distribution board, distribution cabinet and distribution box belong to the same category, and the electric control cabinet and electric control cabinet belong to the same category.
Generally speaking, the switchboard distributes electric energy to lower-level distribution cabinets and distribution boxes, or directly to electrical equipment. Power distribution cabinets and distribution boxes directly distribute power to electrical equipment, and sometimes power distribution cabinets distribute power to lower-level distribution boxes.
The electric control cabinet and the electric control cabinet are mainly used to control the electric equipment, and also have the function of distributing electric energy to the electric equipment.
Power distribution cabinets, distribution boxes and distribution boards are mainly equipped with knife switches, knife switches, air switches, fuses, magnetic starters (contactors), thermal relays, and sometimes current transformers, voltage transformers, ammeters, voltmeters and watt-hour meters.
