Why does a hotel have several prices?

Generally, three-star hotels have several rooms, such as single rooms, standard double rooms, deluxe double rooms and suites. In addition, some hotel double rooms have low-grade economy rooms, some have economy floors and annex buildings, and some have sea view (river view) rooms and city view (mountain view) rooms. However, the booking media generally sell standard double rooms.

... in addition to the different room types mentioned above, the prices are different on different days. For example, in some tourist cities, there are weekend prices and holiday prices, such as Shenzhen, Zhuhai and Macau, but in some business cities, such as Guangzhou, the holiday prices of some hotels are lower than usual.

In addition to these differences, the booking media itself holds different booking price resources, which sometimes leads to differences between the prices seen by guests in advertisements and websites and the actual booking prices. For example, the reservation media may have three different price resources for a hotel: one is that individuals can join the team, which may be a flat reservation price, and the other may be a preferential price with limited places; There is also the contract price directly signed with the hotel. These three prices are not quite the same. If some booking media publish the lowest price in newspapers or websites, when the guests actually book, they can't book a room at the lowest contract price, and the booking clerk may book a room for the guests at the second preferential price. This phenomenon has caused some interference to the guests, but it is not intentional deception by the booking media.
