Wedding contracts are service contracts.

1. Basic information about the wedding celebration

3. Party A should pay a 30% deposit in RMB from the day the contract is signed, and pay the remaining balance in RMB on the same day after the wedding decoration is completed. .

4. If the number of items exceeds the number of attachments to the contract, an additional list can be attached, which will have the same legal effect as determined by both parties.

5. This contract shall take effect from the date of signature by representatives of both parties. This contract shall be made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy.

Any matters not covered in this contract shall be made in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" and shall be made through consultation by both parties to the contract

Supplementary provisions , the supplementary provisions have the same effect as this contract.

6. Receipts should be issued for all payment transactions between the two parties. After the transaction is completed, Party B should issue receipts to Party A.

Seven. Party B should strictly abide by the contents of this contract, follow the procedures and requirements agreed by both parties, and complete all agreed matters safely, effectively and timely.

8. Force Majeure During the validity period of this contract, neither party shall be liable in advance for delays or inability to perform contractual obligations directly caused by force majeure events, but the party shall take necessary measures to reduce the losses caused.
