Understand the operating rules and key points of various departments, and have such a foundation, such as promotion to senior management in the future.

I can manage the whole hotel easily, at least I won't be fooled by my subordinates. This is not the only way. I have many people.

Friends start from the basic positions of a department (including front office, guest room, chef, ...) to the general manager.

The key is understanding and accumulation;

5. Quality: excellent comprehensive quality, professional education, wide knowledge, good foreign language level, elegant personality and high IQ.

High emotional intelligence, good at communicating with people.
