If you book through a travel agency, you need to pay in advance, at least pay a deposit. If individuals book through Agoda or other travel websites, they need to pay in advance. If an individual makes a reservation directly with the hotel, or requires to pay in advance or pay less, pay at the store. But there is a time limit for cancellation. If you cancel many days in advance, you don't need to pay extra. Otherwise, you need to pay a certain fee.
