Step 1: After choosing a suitable hotel, make a reservation by telephone, online or fax, and report the guest's name, room type and check-in date.

Step 2: We will confirm your reservation information within one hour after receiving it.

Step 3: After receiving our confirmation, guests only need to give their names at the front desk of the hotel.

Step 4: You need to bring an adult ID card when you check in and pay a certain deposit.

1. Hotel rooms are generally reserved until 6 pm on the same day, and may be reserved until 5 pm on holidays;

2. If the guest is late for other reasons, please call directly to book the room after the reservation is successful. Credit card guarantee or advance payment is needed in special periods such as exhibitions.

Due to seasonal changes, the room price may be inaccurate. Please refer to telephone consultation or final confirmation.

When you check in, you must register with a valid certificate. Generally, when you check in, the hotel will charge a certain deposit for some of your consumption in the hotel or the damage (loss) of hotel items. When you check out, you will be refunded after clearing the fee with the deposit slip. The amount of deposit depends on the regulations of each hotel.

Payment method: front desk payment (Visacard, Peony Card, Jinsui Card, Great Wall Card, Dragon Card, Pacific Card, Oriental Card, MasterCard, American Express Card, Diner's Card, JCBcard in cash).

The room rate includes hotel service charge, excluding other hotel fees, taxes and extra requirements of guests.

Usually, the check-in time of the hotel is 14: 00, and the check-out time is 12: 00 at noon (generally, you can check out on 14). In case of early check-in or late check-out, a certain fee will be charged according to the situation.
