I. Obligations of Party A:

Four. Transfer of contractual rights and obligations:

If Party B fails to perform this contract, with the consent of Party A, all or part of Party B's rights and obligations in this contract can be transferred to a third party. If the transfer causes losses to Party A, Party B shall be responsible for compensation.

During the validity period of the contract, either party shall not be responsible for the delay or failure to perform the contract obligations directly caused by the force majeure event (but must produce valid certificates), and the party shall also take necessary measures to reduce the losses caused.

In case of any dispute over Party B's service quality, both parties agree to submit it to Shanghai Wedding Industry Association Evaluation Center for appraisal and evaluation. Otherwise, Party A shall bear the responsibility. In case of any dispute arising from unilateral withdrawal without reason, both parties agree to handle it in accordance with the Interim Measures of Shanghai Municipality on Handling Complaints about Wedding Etiquette.
