Procedure for opening a smoking hotel

The process and required conditions for opening a tobacco hotel are as follows:

Conditions for accepting tobacco monopoly retail license:

1. Owning and operating tobacco product retail industry Appropriate funds;

2. Have a fixed business location;

3. Meet the requirements for a reasonable layout of tobacco product retail outlets (two tobacco retail outlets on the same side of the main street in the urban area) The distance should not be less than 30 meters, and the distance between two stores on non-main streets should not be less than 30 meters. It can be relaxed appropriately in suburbs or rural areas);

4. Other conditions stipulated by the tobacco monopoly administrative department of the State Council.

Material details:

1. Relevant property rights certificate of the business premises. If the business premises is rented, a business premises rental agreement must also be provided;

2 , Valid identity certificate;

3. Enterprise name approved by the industrial and commercial administration department.

Processing process:

1. Acceptance at the tobacco window of the Administrative Approval Center;

2. On-site inspection by the monopoly manager of the exclusive store;

3. The Monopoly Supervision and Management Office will review and approve the product and decide whether to issue it or not;

4. The production and issuance of certificates will be handled by the tobacco window of the Administrative Approval Center.
