Zhan Tangning, founder of China’s first Internet life-growth university “University of Melbourne”. Founder of many platforms such as "Beautiful Group" and "Beautiful Living Law", and initiator of the social welfare project "Guard the Earth".

For the first offline class after the epidemic, I couldn’t wait to fly from Beijing to Guangzhou. From free classes to taking the initiative to place orders, I followed the offline get out of class to pay for a date with the goddess.

The meeting address is the five-star InterContinental Hotel in Guangzhou (the Intercontinental Ambassador membership given by Teacher Ye came in handy, and the room was upgraded for free. Check-out was delayed at 4 o'clock, and the VIP experience was full). The location was very good, and the entire set was The domain is not noisy at all and stands steadily.

In the conference hall on the fourth floor of the hotel, more than 280 people from at least 30 different cities gathered together for a common theme: wealth wisdom.

The speaker is the interview guest,

Tang Ning, the founder of "Moore University".

It took seven days to write the best-selling book "Living the Quality of Life". In this work of nearly 150,000 words, Tang Ning unreservedly expressed her learning experience and practical experience over the past few years. in.

She has always been a very hard-working person. She has often worked at least ten hours a day for more than ten years. She is full of energy, values ??efficiency, and has never lacked character and creativity. Even if she took a course on life wisdom a few years ago, Tang Ning's "improvement" was impressive. Even though she is the organizer, she always studies the whole process, "gives her all and respects the teachers who share their wisdom." She never misses any opportunity to be a teaching assistant. During the intermission, she often stands in the coffee break area and takes the initiative to ask students whether they understand what the teacher said. If they have any questions, she will help answer questions.

Compared to a year or two ago, Tangning's work efficiency has improved a lot. Daily management work, team building and communication, online sharing, offline workshop preparation and lectures, plus book writing, all are included. With so many things going on at the same time, it was hard not to make people anxious and panicked, but Tang Ning didn't seem to be disturbed. She said a lot of it comes from "presence." In the "Living the Quality of Life" class, Tang Ning's words caused a lot of people to scream, "Don't be afraid of losing, don't expect to get. Don't regret the past, don't worry about the future." Live wholeheartedly in this moment. , firmly rooted in what she is doing at the moment, is the most important thing she is willing to share with those who come to the class.

How to calm down from the restless and busy "monkey mind" and enter the state of "presence"? How to break away from limiting concepts and thinking and live a new and creative quality of life? Tang Ning shared two tools that she has learned over the years: awareness and correction. Awareness means seeing the various emotions and thoughts in your mind as they really are, just seeing them without suppressing them, judging them, or doing anything with them. Correction, in Tang Ning's case, means adjusting the inner picture of this matter and this scene. If you encounter something that makes you uncomfortable or frustrated, instead of changing the external part of the matter, you should modify the inner visual picture of the matter, so that the external aspect will naturally change. Of course, to elaborate more, go to her class or read her new book.

All real actions come from being touched by the soul. There is a sentence in "The Little Prince" that is deeply rooted in people's hearts: "If you want to build a ship, don't recruit a group of people to collect materials, don't order them to do this or that, you just need to awaken their desire for the sea." For Tang Ning, the sea is the wisdom of life. Because she deeply appreciates the preciousness of wisdom and its gift to life, she launched multiple platforms such as "Moore University" and "Good Life", and took the initiative to stand on the podium to share her insights with the listeners. "Many people have not seen the huge benefits that wisdom brings to life, and have not seen how great your rewards and rewards will be if you go all out to do it. In fact, wisdom is the underlying structure of life. When your wisdom rises The quality of all aspects of your life will naturally improve."

Tang Ning hopes that through the University of Melbourne and everything she does, she can awaken people's desire for wisdom in life and awaken people's love for life. The pursuit of quality, getting out of the sad and restricted plot, and taking the initiative to create the beautiful life in your heart.

This road has just begun and there is a long way to go, but she has no worries. She firmly believes that if a person does things on the "Tao", any support needed will be in place at the same time. "From the perspective of output, polish the quality you give and make it more and more refined and mature." Just do it.

I asked her, how did you achieve what you have today?

Tang Ning said: I never set limits for myself. Multiple paths can run in parallel.

Question: About desire. I think a lot of people come to your class. One of the important reasons is that your results are very convincing, which makes everyone more convinced that I want to do the same. How far do you think the distance is from the perspective of desire, such as what I want and what I want, to truly having love in my heart and experiencing the "sense of presence" you mentioned?

Tang Ning: There is no standard for a person's path to greater and greater enlightenment. It is possible that some people may reach a more mature stage through several epiphanies. It is also possible that some big events gave you a driving force and suddenly gained a huge sense of power. You were determined to achieve something with more courage, stimulating your greater potential. These are all versions of life that you have the opportunity to experience, so there is no speed or distance (one theory).

Question: What is the “highest version of yourself” in your mind?

Tangning: I think people have the highest potential. It is like a pyramid with a peak. This peak can be what Buddhism calls perfection, or it can be love, unity, or self-sufficiency. From the apex of the pyramid downwards extend different qualities. For example, some people have in-depth exploration of the quality of patience, some people are very mature in the aspect of wisdom, some people have other qualities and beauty, and so on. We are all exploring a certain possibility from the top to the bottom through our own unique life journey.

So, you living up to your highest potential means two things. The first meaning is that you live the most mature level in an aspect or path that has your unique characteristics. For example, Mother Teresa lived the highest version of the quality of "unconditional love". For example, Kazuo Inamori has reached the extreme in business philosophy.

The second meaning is that you do not live a perfect life from the top down from the source, but return to the top of the pyramid from the bottom up. At this time, you are not living out your highest potential from unconditional love. You are not living to your highest potential at the level of wisdom, like the Buddha. Instead, you are sufficient at the highest peak, just like the characteristics of every little wave. converge to this apex. Your expansion of your own qualities is unlimited. It is entirely possible for you to expand to the level of Mother Teresa in the quality of "unconditional love". At the same time, it is also entirely possible for you to expand to the level of Inamori in the aspect of "business wisdom". The level of Kafu is just that our minds think that we are limited, and we find it difficult to achieve it at the same time in a lifetime journey.

I never set limits for myself. For me, multiple paths can be pursued at the same time. So no matter what kind of quality you set at the moment, you try to polish the quality you give from the perspective of output, making it more and more refined and mature. That's what I'm doing now.

Do your best to show a better version of yourself

Question: What is the quality that you value most?

Tangning: Because I used to be impatient, I spent a long time cultivating patience. Later, for me, unconditional love was a very attractive topic. I also spent a long time exploring, is it really possible to love unconditionally? Is it really possible to put money and income aside and do things from the purest original intention? My current state is that I can see my own thoughts more and more, and try to truly consider the overall interests of every thought. This is the principle I follow in doing things. This is a process, a process of awareness, correction, awareness, and correction.

Q: The English word "More" in Moer means "more", so is it important to you to make everything better?

But from the truth, you do not have a better self. As long as you exist here in every moment, you are your perfect self, which is our inner essence. So this is a paradox. On the one hand, we always want to be a better version of ourselves, but we forget the truth about our own perfection. So we have to take care of both aspects at the same time.

We say that the essence of life is a process of regression.

We are a small wave in the ocean. No matter how we toss and evolve, we should never forget that every small wave contains the characteristics of the ocean. The saltiness, temperature, and water quality of the ocean are all in the waves. So the higher nature at this level is not having a better self. There is no better than complete perfection. There is no better than what you are.

The wealth philosophy of the first three days inspired us:

There is a lot of wealth besides money.

Rich in money.? (rich money)

Rich in spirit.? (rich spirit)

Rich in joy.? (rich joy) )

Rich in presence.? (rich existence)

Rich in love.? (rich love)

Rich in great relationships.? (Relationship)

Rich in your soul.? (Rich soul)

These are all manifestations of abundance. When you focus only on money, you will Miss out on other abundance.

The next five days of the smart leader lecturer class were even more eye-catching. Endless aftertaste.

After eight days and eight nights of immersion and study,

I saw real wisdom in her.

The content is rich and varied. I will write about the learning results in detail another day.
