1. Changchun: It's the closest provincial capital to Changbai Mountain, and it's convenient for airplanes and high-speed trains. (320km from Changchun to Dunhua)

2. Dunhua: No matter where you come from, you have to pass through a county town. Changchun, Yanji and Hunchun all pass through here to reach Changbai Mountain. (Dunhua to Erdaobaihe 160 km)

3. Erdaobaihe: the nearest town to the northern slope of Changbai Mountain. There are many hot spring hotels here, including seven five-star hotels and about ten four-star hotels. (35km from Erdaobaihe to Shanmen on the north slope)

4. Songjiang: The nearest town to the west slope is Changbai Mountain Wanda Resort Hotel, where there are five hotels, Westin, Hyatt, Zhixuan, Holiday and Ibis, with about 3,000 rooms. (only 40 kilometers from the west slope of Changbai Mountain)

Please remember a name: Songjianghe. No matter what train you take, Songjiang is the nearest railway station to the resort. There are trains from Shenyang and Changchun to Songjianghe Town, but the driving time is more than 10 hour. If you have enough time, you can choose a sleeper at night, sleep for one night and arrive in Songjiang in the morning. It takes about 20 kilometers by taxi from Songjianghe Railway Station to the resort, and it takes about 30 minutes by car. The cost is around 40 yuan. Of course, you can also choose a bus, but only during the day, you must take the bus to town first, and then transfer to a minibus. It is not recommended to take the bus in winter (the sun goes down in winter 16:00).

passenger train

There are buses from Shenyang and Changchun to Songjiang River, and the whole journey is high-speed. The fare is about 100 yuan and the time is about 4 hours. After arriving at Songjianghe Bus Terminal, take a taxi to the resort. The cost is around 40 yuan. The passenger station is close to the railway station, about 1 km.

You must pay attention to safety on the road in winter. Please change the snow tires. Changchun, Shenyang, Harbin, Dalian, Jilin, Mudanjiang and other places take the expressway to the resort and get off at Changbaikou.

The high-speed train to Changbai Mountain has not been opened yet. Don't take the high-speed train to Antu (there is nothing there), and don't take the bus to Dunhua (unless you want to see the Giant Buddha). These two places are not close to Changbai Mountain!

railway

Baihe Station is the nearest railway station to Changbai Mountain Scenic Area, and there are trains to Changchun and Tonghua. Take the K953 train from Changchun to Baihe, or you can go to dunhua station first, and then transfer to the bus from 20 1 National Road to Baihe. Take K2 15 from Beijing to Dunhua, and then transfer to Baihe by bus.

To go to Changbai Mountain, you must first go to Baihe Town. The 20 1 National Highway and the 202 Provincial Highway all pass through Baihe Town. Take 20 1 national highway from Dunhua, 202 provincial highway from Yanji and 20 1 national highway from Tonghua to Baihe. There is also Antu's car.

Yanji South Bus Terminal has a direct shuttle bus to Changbai Mountain Tianchi Scenic Area every day; There is also a shuttle bus to Erdaobaihe, from which you can charter a bus to Changbai Mountain.

The surrounding cities are Changchun, Tonghua, Jilin and Yanji airports, and Yanji airport is the closest to Changbai Mountain. To fly to Changbai Mountain, you usually go to Yanji City first, and then take a bus from Yanji City to Changbai Mountain.

Yanji has flights to Beijing, Shanghai and other big cities every day. There are daily flights from Beijing to Yanji, 4-5 flights a day in peak season, at least one flight a day in off-season, and most of them take off in the afternoon. There are flights from Pudong, Shanghai to Yanji every Monday and Thursday.
