Simple rules of Hebei mahjong (you can eat and touch cards)

(Note: This rule corresponds to the most common two-fold card playing method, and the fourteen-fold card playing method is confusing, and it can be eaten and touched several times, which is not helpful. The basic point is 1, 2, 3).

First, the direction is determined

Second, the code card

Third, roll the dice (points)

1. First, one person starts throwing, four people finish throwing counterclockwise, and the dealer is determined according to the number of points;

2. Then the dealer throws again, counting from the dealer himself according to the points, and finding the card counter-clockwise.

Example: North If North is the dealer and the number of dice is 3, then it is 1 from North, counterclockwise.
