How to apply for a special hotel license

Legal analysis: 1. To apply for a hotel business, an application should be submitted to the local county-level public security bureau. Hotels are directly approved by the local county-level public security (branch) bureau. When applying, the following basic materials should be submitted to the public security department of the public security organ:

(1) Application form from the applicant unit for operating special industries;

(2) Fill in the unified form of the Provincial Public Security Department "Special Industry Business Application Registration Form" issued by the applicant;

(3) Approval from the superior authority of the applicant unit;

(4) Copy of the legal representative’s ID card and employee registration status .

(5) Proof that the applicant has ownership or right to use the house, and a letter of approval of the quality of the housing project;

(6) House floor plan (one page per floor), orientation map ;

(7) "Fire Protection Appraisal Certificate" issued by the fire department;

(8) Written materials of various safety management systems that the applicant should establish when opening a hotel business;

(9) Other materials that the public security organ deems should be submitted.

2. After acceptance by the public security organs and meeting the conditions, the public security organs will issue a special industry license. Apply for a business license from the industrial and commercial administration authority with a special industry license.

3. If the address is to be moved, an application for a special industry license should be made to the public security bureau at the new address.
