It is adjacent to Wanjingshan and Jinliwen Railway in the east, Qingfeng Mountain and Xinjian Town Boundary in the south, Xinjian River in the west and Yongkang City in the north.

The plan determines the transformation of Jinyun Industrial Park from a small town and industrial cluster to a gateway new city in the north of Jinyun. By strengthening the north-south ties, it has become an important industrial functional block of Jinyun Industrial New City, one of the leading areas for the development of Jinyun County to the north and the expansion of urban growth space, and an industrial functional area with the development of characteristic manufacturing and high-tech industries as the main body.
