A few days ago, a fan asked me, "I see you have traveled all over China and visited so many places. If you were asked to choose a city to live in after 60, where would you choose in China? "

Don't worry, the first word that comes to mind is Yunnan.

Although I am still young, I am really considering finding a place close to nature between green mountains and green waters, and I intend to find a suitable place to support the elderly.

For me, for the time being, living in a house is a brand-new lifestyle that integrates living, traveling, leisure, vacation and recuperation.

In many traditional and nostalgic old people's ideas, the best place to support the elderly is my hometown, because I am familiar with it and don't want to leave my original place.

Now there is a new term called "old drifter". Because of the climate and environmental problems, some elderly people with good economic conditions will consider getting older and going to other places to support the elderly.

In fact, financial freedom is the foundation of all freedom.

Providing for the aged in different places means that the old people leave their original place to provide for the aged in another place. Long-term pension in different places is called resettlement in different places, and short-term pension in different places is called residence.

There are many cities in China that are suitable for relocation. In addition to many cities in Hainan, there are also cities with excellent climatic conditions and natural environment, such as Guiyang in Guizhou, Liupanshui in Guizhou, Dalian in Liaoning, Weihai in Shandong and Beihai in Guangxi, but I personally have a soft spot for Yunnan.

Yunnan, known as the "south of colorful clouds", is an excellent tourist destination for travelers. Because I like traveling, I have been there more than ten times.

Lijiang, Dali, Lugu Lake, Shangri-La and Xishuangbanna are all beautiful. The key is to travel to Yunnan. In addition to the delicious food, the temperature is super comfortable all year round.

However, in terms of living and providing for the elderly, we should also consider various factors such as transportation, prices and medical care. The following five places are my personal favorites.

Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture is a place I have been to countless times. I can't bear to leave every time I go on holiday. Romantic scenery, Cangshan Erhai Lake and Dali are poems and distant places in many people's hearts.

Compared with Lijiang, which has been over-developed and has a strong commercial atmosphere, Dali has a moderate commercial development and is very suitable for providing for the elderly.

Dali is located in the low-latitude plateau, with little temperature difference among the four seasons, distinct wet and dry seasons and better climate than Lijiang, although it is a plateau with an average elevation of less than 2000 meters.

The annual temperature is about 20 degrees, warm in winter and cool in summer. The lowest temperature in winter is about 10 degrees, and the temperature in summer is not high.

Every time I go to go to dali, I am either in a daze in the ancient city of Dali or strolling by the Erhai Lake, and I am familiar with Xizhou, Shuanglang, Cuisine, Haidong, Shangguan and Shimonoseki.

The main ethnic group in Dali is the Bai people, who are kind, enthusiastic, simple and not exclusive. Xizhou Baba, pot rice noodles, bait, pea powder ... Missing a place always starts with delicious food.

This is a quiet and harmonious town with beautiful scenery, comfortable climate. Many travelers have the idea of settling here after they have been there. There are also many foreigners who took a fancy to such good weather conditions and stayed.

However, as a well-known tourist city, the housing price in Dali is relatively high, which has been above 13000 yuan/square meter, and has been rising.

I have several friends who have settled in Dali, and they all say they bought it early.

Jianshui is a place I have recommended many times and like very much.

Jianshui ancient city is located 220 kilometers south of Kunming and belongs to Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture. Moreover, the transportation is convenient, and it takes less than one and a half hours by high-speed train from Kunming.

This is a famous historical and cultural city in China, with profound human history, ancient and quiet, smaller than Dali. Many tourists have never heard of it, and they still maintain their original comfort.

Although there are not many scenic spots in the ancient city, each one has a long history. There are Jianshui Confucian Temple, which is known as "the first in Yunnan", and Jia Zhu Garden, which was built in the late Qing Dynasty.

Grass bud rice noodles, Jianshui tofu, steamed chicken ... Jianshui has a lot of delicious food, and the price is low and the consumption is low.

The annual average temperature of Jianshui is 19.8 degrees, and the house price is not high, about 6000 per square meter. The folk customs here are simple and natural, which is my favorite place.

However, according to friends, it is about 80 kilometers away from Jianshui, and Gejiu, known as "Little Hong Kong in South Yunnan", is also very suitable for providing for the elderly. Go and see it if you have the opportunity.

Kunming, the capital of Yunnan Province, is the most developed city in Yunnan.

On transportation is the most convenient. Kunming Railway Station, Kunming South Railway Station, Kunming North Railway Station, kunming changshui international airport and subway make Kunming extend in all directions.

Kunming is located in Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, with an altitude of about 189 1 meter. The average annual temperature in this city called Spring City is 15 degrees. There are four seasons like spring, a pleasant climate and plenty of sunshine. Sleeping at night all year round hardly requires air conditioning.

Kunming, as the capital city, the average house price is around 14000 yuan, which is not high. In Kunming, however, the traffic is congested, parking is difficult and consumption is slightly higher.

There are many delicious foods in Kunming, such as Yunnan cuisine, wild mushrooms, crossing the bridge rice noodles, Kunming tofu pudding rice noodles, old milk potatoes and so on.

Relatively speaking, people who pay attention to transportation and medical care are more suitable for Kunming.

Fourth, Tengchong

Tengchong, located in the southwest of Yunnan Province, is a county-level city managed by Baoshan City. I have been to this city many times, and I want to go again.

Tengchong, known as the "limit first city", belongs to the border county, only 200 kilometers away from Myitkyina, Myanmar and 602 kilometers away from Redo, India. Tengchong, as an important pass of the Southwest Silk Road, has always been a battleground for military strategists.

Tengchong was once rated as "one of the most suitable places for human habitation", with a tropical monsoon climate, with an average elevation of about1640m.

Tengchong is rich in geothermal resources, which is one of the three major geothermal areas in China, and the most famous one is Rehai. There are many hot spring resorts here, and the pace of life is slow.

Tengchong has many tourist attractions, such as Yinxing Village, Huoshan Rehai, beihai wetland and Gaoligong Mountain.

I have lived in Heshun ancient town several times and I like it very much. Heshun Ancient Town is a famous hometown of overseas Chinese in Yunnan, with unique hometown culture and caravan culture.

The average house price in Tengchong is more than 7,000 square meters, which is still acceptable. The transportation is convenient, and many cities have direct flights.

The taste of Tengchong cuisine is unique in Yunnan, and there are Tengchong bait, pot, rescue and so on in memory. The price here is not high, and the folk customs are simple.
