Does the hotel have a wireless charger? Is it okay to go out without a mobile phone charging cable now?

According to my experience, most hotels do not provide mobile phone chargers, and even few hotels are equipped with USB charging interfaces. The hotel that will provide wireless chargers has never been seen before. Although wireless charging is more convenient and has been developed for many years, after all, Apple introduced the iPhone.

It didn't become popular until after X, and it took less than two years to make full preparations. However, the renewal cycle of hotel equipment is generally slow, and some five-star hotels even use old CRT TVs. It is difficult for these hotels to popularize wireless chargers quickly.

Because it is very important for a hotel to provide a comfortable and convenient living environment for its guests, the safety of the guests is always the first priority, so the electrical appliances in the room should be as few as possible to avoid accidents during use. Although the wireless charger looks simple, it will generate heat during charging, which is dangerous to some extent. Some guests often don't care so much when using hotel supplies, which is easy to damage the charger. And there is no uniform standard for wireless charging until now. The hotel is also responsible if the mobile phone is damaged due to the mismatch of chargers during use. Furthermore, although many mobile phones of Apple, Samsung and Huawei support wireless charging, only a few mobile phones are equipped with this function, so wireless charging is not a necessary function when going out. There is no need for the hotel to provide wireless charging service for its guests.

To say the least, even if the hotel has a wireless charger, it can only be a standard 5W slow charger. It takes seven or eight hours to charge a mobile phone once, and some guests may have to stay for more than ten hours from check-in to check-out. This charging efficiency is obviously not suitable for a tense travel environment. Although many public places now provide charging function, there are few places that support wireless charging. The charging power provided by most public charging piles is very low and can barely be used, but it often takes a long time for a mobile phone to be fully charged. At present, the original chargers and charging cables of many domestic mobile phones are high-powered, and they can be fully charged after being plugged in for more than an hour, which is much more efficient and more suitable for use on the road.

Therefore, I think this function can only be used as an auxiliary charging means at home and workplace under the premise of low wireless charging power. Charger and data cable are still necessary when going out. It is best to bring a charging treasure just in case. There is no charging cable when you go out, you can only charge wirelessly, and your mobile phone may be dead within one day.
