Luohu District is located in the south-central part of Shenzhen, in the middle of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. Its geographical coordinates are11406'-11422' and 22 53'-22 62' north latitude. The jurisdiction covers a total area of 78.75 square kilometers, starting from Bogong 'ao watershed in Wutongshan in the east, reaching Futian District in the west, Longgang District and Longhua District in the north, and bordering Yantian District.
