What do you need to do besides the business license to be a homestay linked to the hotel address?

In addition to the business license, you need to apply for four documents.

1, business license

This is the most basic certificate, and it is also one of the standards for the legal operation of hotels. Want to know the company name, company registration conditions, legal address, copy of real estate license or house lease contract and other related information and requirements.

2, health permit

It is necessary to apply for a hygiene license at the health bureau of the jurisdiction, and the hygiene conditions shall meet the requirements of GB 16 153, GB 14934, GB9663, GB/T 172 17. Hygiene license is also one of the necessary materials for subsequent special trade licenses.

2, public security, fire permit

According to relevant laws and regulations: operating hotel buildings, fire-fighting equipment, entrances and exits, passages, etc. Must comply with the relevant provisions of the "People's Republic of China (PRC) fire regulations", must have the necessary anti-theft safety facilities. At the same time, it should also include the installation of hotel security management information system, resident ID card reading equipment and other accommodation information collection and uploading facilities, necessary security prevention facilities such as anti-theft and video surveillance, and public security institutions or security personnel.

The examination and approval mainly includes two aspects: pre-construction review and completion decoration acceptance. Before 10 working days, the operator needs to prepare the design drawings of the hotel, including plan, elevation and profile, and cooperate with the fire brigade to complete the building audit.

3. Environmental protection permit

If the environmental protection is not up to standard, it will face the risk of suspension of business for rectification. Therefore, the owner of B&B has a preliminary intention to locate the site, and first goes to the environmental protection branch to register, and the environmental protection department conducts on-the-spot audit according to the registered contents. The environmental protection department will continue to assess the hotels in operation according to the national water pollution, air pollution, noise pollution and other related indicators. If the assessment is passed, a pollution discharge permit will be issued, otherwise, the operator will receive a notice of restriction change.

4. Special trade license

In addition to the business license, this procedure is the most critical procedure for opening a homestay. The new "Regulations" clarify that after establishing a hotel and obtaining a business license issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce, it shall apply to the public security organ of the local people's government at or above the county level for a special trade license. Those who meet the relevant public security and fire control conditions can only issue special business licenses to B&B after passing the acceptance by the public security department.
