Building structure: frame shear wall structure

Lobby: area 1300m2, height 13m.

International Conference Center: It covers an area of 420 square meters, with about 250 seats and a height of 5 meters.

Clear height of writing room: 2.8m for standard floor and 3.5m for some floors (top floor). Elevator: 6 original Schindler elevators, 1 VIP passenger elevator, 1 cargo elevator and fire elevator.

Air conditioning: "2+2" fan-coil air conditioning system.

Power supply system: two-way 10kv+ emergency power supply system, 220V/380V low-voltage system for power supply.

Building automation system: Honeywell's most advanced EBI system is adopted, which is a typical distributed control system.

Fire-fighting system: fire alarm and fire-fighting linkage system, which ensures that the system can detect fire in time and accurately, and can link related fire-fighting facilities according to predetermined requirements. The system adopts the 8008 overload alarm system of Germany Anshe Company, which is the most advanced fire alarm system in the world at present.

Satellite TV: Satellite TV and cable TV system.

Floor load: the office area is 200kg/m2, and the equipment area is 600kg/m2. Decoration standard: high-grade fine decoration.

Office area: Complete concrete cushion and reserve space for strong and weak ground trunking.

There are 22 elevators in total, and 1 set of elevator centralized monitoring system is set in the central control room of Building B 1 floor. Configuration description: 12 elevators all adopt Schindler's S500 series elevators and Schindler's unique MIC- 10 control system in elevator group control.

S700 imported from Schindler, Switzerland is Schindler's most advanced passenger elevator, which is used for two VIP elevators.

Other elevators adopt the products of Shanghai Schindler Company, among which the proportion of imported parts reaches over 90%, reaching the quality of original imported elevators.

The elevator centralized monitoring system in the central control room of Block B 1 Floor adopts the world-leading elevator monitoring system of Schindler, Switzerland.

The interior decoration of the elevator is specially designed, which is unified and harmonious with the decoration style of the lobby. After renovation, the clear height of the passenger elevator will reach 2.45-2.2m, which is much larger than that of ordinary elevators, making customers feel very comfortable when taking the elevator.
