Xunliao bay Travel Guide (Text)

Xunliao bay is located in the south of Pingshan Town, Huidong County. It was named after the Qianlong period, when a group of refugees came to this desolate place and settled in a thatched cottage. "Xun" is divination in gossip, symbolizing peace, smoothness and good luck. There are eight bays in the area, which have unique coastal tourism resources. They are famous for their beautiful rocks, clear water and white sand, and are known as "green jade" and "God-given platinum dike".

Most people come to xunliao bay for sightseeing and relaxation. We'd better prepare for our trip for two days. On the first day, we can go to Tianhou Palace to experience the cultural characteristics of Mazu Tempel, and then go fishing and feel the power of the sea. After disembarking, we can ride bicycles, play games in the afternoon, such as archery or CS, and watch a bonfire party or a car show in the evening. The next day, I went to the delta to experience diving sailing and other projects.

When we arrive in xunliao bay, we usually go to Huizhou first, and then take the shuttle bus to xunliao bay. If you take the train, you should get off at huidong station and change to a local bus. The local accommodation price is relatively high. Most hotels near the sea are luxury hotels, and the prices are generally around 600 yuan. Although the price is very expensive, it is still hard to find a room in the tourist season, so if you go in the peak season, you should book a room in advance.

Xunliao bay is located by the sea, where there are the most popular seafood stalls. There is a food street and various seafood stalls near Holiday Inn Huang Ting. The price is slightly higher than other beaches in Guangdong, and the average daily order is normal in 80 yuan.

When swimming at the seaside, you should pay attention to the time of high tide and try not to swim at low tide, so as to avoid accidents caused by excessive physical exertion when swimming back at low tide. Don't swim in the non-swimming area. The water regime in the non-swimming area is complex, and there are often reefs, aquatic plants, silt and eddies. If you are not careful, an accident may happen.
